About Ed.

For more than 40 years I’ve been making art in one form or another. Most of that time as a photographer, which I discovered a passion for while in college at the University of Miami. I’ve now retired from the workforce and have taken up painting in an effort to expand and share my creative talents. I work in acrylic paints, and my work is in abstracts. Color, shape, texture have always attracted my eye with photography, and now with paint. My work is mainly non-objective abstract expressionist in style, and I find it both relaxing and challenging in getting my vision on to the canvas. There are times when while painting the idea I started with is very different than what I end up with when done. Hopefully you’ll enjoy my work as much as I do while making it. I live in Sterling, CT with my wife, Jennifer, as well as with our two dogs, horse and donkey.
